CollabSafe is an Indian platform for creators, brands, agencies and freelancers. Write to us about collaboration agreements and contract wording, GST and international invoices, electronic signatures and signing links, creator rate estimates, media kits and pitches, Collab Outreach email sending, Collab Insights analytics, plans and billing, or a data deletion request. Email is usually the quickest way to reach us, and please include your registered email address and the name of the document or campaign so we can find it.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered in the help centre and the frequently asked questions, including how agreements are signed, how GST and TDS are handled on invoices, what each plan includes, and how usage limits work. If you are reporting a problem with a document, tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and attach the file if you can.

Sales and partnerships

Brands and agencies needing several seats, or anyone interested in a partnership, can use the same email address. Mention the number of seats and the campaigns you run so we can point you at the right plan. If you need an invoice in your company name, a purchase order reference or GST details on your receipt, mention that in the same message and we will set it up.
