By accessing or using CollabSafe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CollabSafe is a tool that helps Indian content creators generate professional brand deal agreements. The Service provides templates and AI-powered generation for collaboration agreements, UGC contracts, payment terms, exclusivity clauses, and usage rights agreements.

3. Not Legal Advice

Important: CollabSafe is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The agreements generated by our Service are templates designed to help structure brand deals. They are not a substitute for professional legal counsel. We recommend consulting with a qualified lawyer for complex or high-value agreements.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all agreements and content you create using CollabSafe. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
  • Generate agreements with intentionally false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute generated agreements as a competing service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CollabSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or legal issues arising from the use of agreements generated through our Service. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all agreement terms before signing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
