Refund Policy

1. Free Service

CollabSafe currently offers its core agreement generation features for free. Since no payment is collected for using these features, no refund is applicable.

2. Future Paid Services

If and when CollabSafe introduces premium or paid features, a detailed refund policy specific to those services will be published. Users will be notified of any such changes in advance.

3. Exceptions

In cases where a technical error on our end causes a duplicate or erroneous charge, we will process a full refund within 7–10 business days upon verification.
